标题[北美] confirmation number?

预约好面试之後，在印出来之前不小心关掉视窗了
虽然後来找到预约的网页 NIV Appointment System - Schedule Appointment
可是我不记得Confirmation id啊..
Note: The Confirmation ID was displayed on the appointment confirmation
page when the appointment was originally scheduled.
过了大概12小时了，也没有收到确认预约的email
原本想要重新预约，可是系统跑回来原本预约的时间叫我用改的
请问要怎麽办啊 >"<
到底要在哪里看confirmation id?

另外有人可以告诉我到底USD$100应该汇日币多少钱吗...
还是ATM可以直接汇美金? @@"
