标题[北美] DS-156及157的问题

晕了 来这里问有经验的
在DS-156的第21个问题上 若是任职单位英文全名过长写不下 也没办法缩写时怎麽办?
在157的申请表中 第12题要list my last two employers, 格子太小不够打要怎麽办?
17题当中因为我念的某间学校後来改制了 我应该写原本的名称还是现在的?
只记得就读年月 详细日期不知道可以省略吗?
18题关於行程规划 因为只确定其中一两天的行程 其他还不确定 要在上面如何注明?
