标题[北美] 带处方药品入境美国

最近得去一趟NYC，必须带处方药品出门，看了一下
US Customs Service 的网页，我的用药是容许申报入境的
药品，但是
1. 不知道能够带多少？网页上没提。我大概得停留90天
2. 台湾医生开的 Doctor's Note 美国接受吗？
3. 网路上看了一个 sample letter 如下，会不会太简单？
"To Whom It May Concern:
Mr. /Mrs ____________ is under ongoing treatment for various
medical conditions. Part of this treatment regimen includes
the use of (insert drug names here), which have been prescribed
by (insert doctor's name here)."
