以下是我帮同学代po的回覆 How's the femoral pulse? is it weak/ normal? Also what is the temperature of the hindleg. any cyanotic/pale nail bed of the foot pads. if the pulse is weak, and the hindleg temp is low (relative to the body temp) I 'll highly suspect aortic thromboembolism(ATE). it's quite common in cat with cardial disease. since abnormal blood flow of the heart contribute to the formation of thrombus within left atrium, the clot may then embolized along aorta. The most common site of embolization is the caudal aorta (which means the hindleg) and other sites like kidney..). Of course disease affecting the metabolism (e.g. Heart problem/ kidney failure) or neurological prob (but according to history, the cat shows normal response) may show similar symptoms which need thorough investigation. I think before doing expensive test like CT, I would rather do a complete blood profile check APTT, CK for muscle damage and also kidney/ liver function + monitor heart condition. One thing to keep in mind is cat with ATE is extremely painful and prognosis is poor! I will suggest bringing ur cat to animal hospital asap instead of letting it suffer. the earlier u bring ur cat to vet the better chance it has!
