利用板主权限删除文章。依洗钱防制法初犯、利用职权洗钱两项，
给予帐户归零及罚单两张，并拔除其於 LIT_EE97 之板主权，两
年内不得担任本站任何职务。
LIT_EE97 依看板违规处理办法，设为违法看板。
