这边有点错误
E的部分应该是 -1 而非 -2
M的部分应该是 1.1110 而非 0.1110
所以是 -0.1111(2)
: 请自行转成十进位
: (b)
: maximal positive numbers = 2^3*0.1111 = 111.1 = 7.5
: minimal ....=2^(-4)*0.1111 = 0.00001111 =(请自行转换)
这边也是同样的错误
maximal positive numbers = 2^3 * 1.1111 = 1111.1 = 15.5
minimal positive numbers (正规) = 2^(-2) * 1.0000 = -0.01 = 0.25
(非正规) = 2^(-2) * 0.0001 = -0.000001(2进位)
