标题[问题] 计概网路协定的问题

What is the highest TCP/IP layer responsible for each of the followings?
1.sending a frame to the next node.
2.sending a packet from the source to the destination
3.delivery of a long message from the source computer to the destination one
4.logging into a remote computer
