标题[问题] 子网路问题

If three bits are borrowed from host field of a class C network ,
what will the rangeof usable hosts be in the first subnet?
(a).32 through 0.63
(b).0 through .32
(c).33 through 0.62
(d).1 through .31
答案是(a)，为何不是0~31呢？(虽然没有这个选项)
