public key可以有很多把, 就好比礼物的锁有很多个
每个人想把自己的礼物送给远方的接收者时, 大家就用这个public key来加密
可是对於可以打开这礼物的钥匙却只有一把 (private key)
是由接收者所持有, 於是当接收者收到来自各方的礼物时
便可用同一把钥匙来打开
所以答案是A
