标题[问题] SPSS出现的问题

话说之前安装15版
但是，近日在使用的时候
会出现
the client software could not initialize on local computer
verify the integrity of the SPSS registry file: spssd. conf
It is located either in the install directory or the file indicated
by the SPSS15REGISTRY environment variable.
请问这是什麽情形呢@@?
有什麽解决方法?
(我重灌好几次 SPSS了，就是不行...该不会要我重灌电脑吧@@a)
