标题[问题] update後出现的问题

前几天我windows update後
每次开机都会跳出一个solutioncenter视窗
视窗内容为
"The feature you are ttrying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable
disk that is not available."
"Insert the 'SolutionCenter' disk and chick OK. "
这要怎麽解决阿
我不想重灌电脑...
我也没对我电脑做什麽只是更新就变这样了
