标题[问题] 电脑突然进不去windows >"<

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to protect demage
to your computer
If this's the first time you've seen this stop error screen,Restart your PC
If this screen appears again,follow these steps:
Check to be sure you have adequate disk space,if a driver is identified in the
stop message,disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver
updates.Try changing video adapters.
Check with your hardware vendor for BIOS updates.Disable BIOS memory options
such as caching or shadowing.If you need to use Safe Mode to remove components.
Restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup options,and then
select Safe Mode.

昨天晚上打线上游戏都没事，结果隔天开机就进不去@@
(XP蓝色那条跑一段以後会跳到这个蓝底白字错误讯息画面)
可以进安全模式，平常有在扫毒跟木马，没乱下载东西
刚刚在安全模式也扫了一次，没发现问题
同学跟我说，可能是硬碟一段磁区坏轨，所以读到一半就读不进去....
请问一下，现在我该怎麽办@@
会不会是什麽登录档误删之类所导致的? (因为我曾用程式去修复系统问题，没备分)
