Dunn, and Bill Bayno, the team announced today. Porter was a TV analyst last season with the Portland Trail Blazers. Sikma and Dunn were on Adelman's staff during his four seasons with the Houston Rockets, who fired Adelman after last season. Bayno was a Portland assistant last season. "I'm excited to be able to add such a wealth of experience and talent to our coaching staff," Adelman said in a statement released by the team. "I have worked with Terry and T.R. for many years, with Jack for the past four seasons, and have known Bill for many years. Each of them brings valuable coaching experience and a vast knowledge of the game to our staff." The Timberwolves also have hired R.J. Adelman, Rick's son, as director of player personnel/game preparation. The younger Adelman assumes most of the duties performed by former assistant general manager/player personnel director Tony Ronzone, who left the club in the summer. Former NBA player Shawn Respert and another Adelman son, David, will work as player development coaches. Pat Zipfel will be the new advance scout. Dunn 和 Bill Bayno。 Terry Porter 在90年代曾效力过拓荒者，两度闯进总冠军赛，当时的教练就是 Adelman ，此外，Porter 也曾是灰狼一员(95-98)。2002年开始他的教练生涯，第一份工作是担任 Adelman 在国王的助理教练。接下来接掌公鹿的总教练一职(03-05)，06到08年在活塞的 助理教练团，08-09年担任太阳总教练。近期的一份工作则是拓荒者的电视球评。 Jack Sikma 有14年球员生涯，待过超音速和公鹿，为1978-79赛季超音速夺冠的功臣，在 1981-82赛季入选过年度防守第二队。03-04球季开始担任超音速的助理教练，过去四个球 季是 Adelman 在火箭的教练团成员。 T.R. Dunn 也有14年球员生涯，在多支球队游走，值得一提是曾三度入选年度防守第二队 (1983-85)。教练生涯从1991年起展开，除了在2000年担任WNBA夏洛特针刺的总教练之外 ，其余经历皆为助理教练：夏洛特黄蜂(91-97)、金块(97-98、02-04)、夏洛特针刺(1999) 、阿拉巴马大学(01-02)、国王(04-07)和过去四个球季在火箭。Dunn 和 Adelman 曾在国 王和火箭时期共事过。 Bill Bayno 的执教生涯要追朔到1985年，85-86在塞顿霍尔(Seton Hall)大学，接着是堪 萨斯大学(86-87)、麻州大学(88-95)，这三段皆为助理教练，1995到2000接掌UNLV总教练 。Bayno 也曾担任过美国CBA(Yakima Sun Kings)，还有菲律宾职篮PBA的总教练。2006年 起进入拓荒者助理教练团，负责过大学及国际球探的工作。 此外，Adelman 的两名儿子也进入球队中。R.J. Adelman 的工作是协助教练团进行赛前 准备和计画，运用统计数据，分析并监督球队状况，他本身也有球探资历。另一名儿子 David Adelman 将与 Shawn Respert 共同负责协助球员发展的各项计画 最後，Pat Zipfel 这名资深球探也是 Adelman 的老同事，他将负责敌队情蒐和撰写球探 报告提供给教练团，作为赛前准备的工具之一。 --
