--F Derrick Williams (6-8, Arizona, first round, No. 2) was the obvious
choice, the second player taken in what was billed as a two-player draft.
The Wolves said they chose him to keep him even though they already have
forward Kevin Love, Michael Beasley, Anthony Randolph and Wes Johnson.

man who was born in the Congo and plays in Qatar. He was discovered by
international scouting director Pete Philo after he went for 24 points
and 9 rebounds in a 2010 game against the Chinese National team.
Philo serves as an assistant coach for that Chinese national team.

MOST VALUABLE PLAYER
Kevin Love. The NBA's rebounding king (15.2 a game) made the Timberwolves
relevant, which is no easy task for a team that finished with the league's
worst record. His 31-point, 31-rebound game against New York in November --
the NBA's first 30/30 game since Moses Malone in 1982 -- made him a
national-media darling all season long. His 53-game double-double streak --
the longest since the ABA/NBA merger in 1976 -- didn't hurt either.

MOST DISAPPOINTING PLAYER
Jonny Flynn. The Wolves had two of the first six picks in David Kahn's
first draft as boss in 2009 and neither has made an impact. Of course,
Ricky Rubio has an excuse because he's still in Spain. Flynn has been a
flop in a draft year filled with point guards who have excelled, partly
because his pick-and-roll strengths are not well suited to Kurt Rambis'
triangle-ish offense and partly because of July hip surgery from which
he has taken almostall season to recover.
Kahn2009年第一次实境选秀就选了两个控卫，但这两个控卫都没对灰狼队带来影响，
当然当时Rubio还在西班牙球队效力，只能发念力帮忙球队，所以成功与否都不会
有人去苛责，反而Flynn能直接帮助球队战绩最後却以失败收场，有一部分是因为他
擅长pick-and-roll对Rambis的三角战术感到很大的不适应，另一部分是他的屁屁
摧残了他快一个球季。
