I am willing to say that yes, there were some dynamics that happened that I would prefer hadn't happened, and it was a situation where I never really personally got close enough to find out what exactly happened with this or that. And I did hear about it and it was sort of exposed, and now you have to deal with it. And I'd rather not get into the personalities but there were some things that happened in the last year's change-over that maybe wouldn't have happened if we'd had a seasoned coach.
