Russell Westbrook spent part of the offseason watching tapes of the technical fouls he accrued during the 14-15 season.
Russ在休赛季时重新看了在上个赛季那些他被吹T的影片.
Westbrook noticed all the "dumb s***" he was doing and decided to try to reduce them.
他终於发现了自己上赛季做的那些事情有多蠢，并决定要减少它们.
Westbrook has four technical fouls in 31 games so far this season compared to 15 in 67 last season.
Russ本季的31场比赛里吃了4T，而去年则是在67场比赛里吞了15T.

而且你去年其实是16T要被禁赛的，多亏联盟改判救你才能在季末继续拼
