three years later
「Exactly three years ago, on October 30th, 2009, I played the first regular
season NBA game of my career. I played less than three minutes in a win at
Detroit against the Pistons. Time has gone by quickly, and I can’t believe I’
m starting my fourth NBA season this week. I feel blessed to be in this
position, doing the job that I love in a great team with amazing fans. This
2012-2013 season is a new challenge for me and my teammates and organization.
We will miss James, Cole, Lazar and Daequan but that’s how this league works
sometimes. We are excited to welcome Kevin Martin and Jeremy Lamb as new
members of our family. We definitely want to get back to the Finals and I have
no doubt that everyone involved will give their best. I’m excited, I’m ready.
Three years later, I’m pumped up as If it was my first game in Detroit again.
Let the season begin!」
2009年10月30日是我第一场NBA比赛，刚好是三年前，
那场比赛是在底特律，我只打了不到三分钟。
时间过得很快，我不敢相信我现在竟然要打第四年的NBA了。
真的是老天保佑才能让我能够成为现在的我，
成为我喜爱的这只很棒的球队里的一份子，而且还有很棒的球迷支持。
这个球季对我、我的队友们跟整个组织都是新的挑战。
我们会想念胡子、Cole、Lazar跟Cook，但这毕竟是职业运动的一环，
而我们也很兴奋并且热烈欢迎Kevin Martin跟Jeremy Lamb加入我们这个大家庭。
今年绝对要打入总冠军赛，我相信大家都会拼尽全力的。我很兴奋，也准备好了。
虽然已经三年了，我现在还是很兴奋，我的感觉还是跟初次上场一样。准备开战吧！
