KD对於Russ坐板凳的想法：
KD on Westbrook: "I don't think he struggled tonight. We went with a different
lineup in the fourth. But he didn't struggle."
More KD: "Russell understands that. He's a perfect teammate. He was over there
cheering everybody on."
