後来我去问Larry Coon了，他表示CBA确实有这样的规定，这是他的回覆：
If the team is under the cap, then they have the option of charging the
entire signing bonus to the cap in the year the extension is signed. They can
only do this when the bonus is less than their cap room, and it's treated
like it's a renegotiation.
如果球队还有薪资空间，
球队可以选择在延长合约签订的同时先把全额signing bonus付掉，
并纳入该年的薪资空间，
不过signing bonus必须要比剩余的薪资空间少(应该包括相等吧)，
这时这个延长合约的动作视作重新订约。
所以Nick的新约看来应该是4Y/11M+6.5M signing bonus （提前支付）
