Q: Everyone's expectations for this team have sky-rocketed. How have your
expectations changed from a year ago?
问题：大家都认为今年球队会突飞猛进。这一年来你的期待有所变化吗？
A: They really haven't changed at all. Expectations for us are controlling the
things that we can control, coming into each day with a focus and a work ethic
that's going to help us continue to grow. We understand that there's no short
cut and there's no silver bullet. It's just going to be our ability to continue
to push forward, stick together and understand that part of our growth as a
team and as an organization is not always going to be a smooth ride. So when we
hit those struggles or patches, it's not just getting through the patches but
it's also getting better from going through that.

作到的事情做好来，每天专注於那些能够帮助我们继续成长的事情。我们很清楚成功不会一

Q: As you look around the league, do you consider this team a top-five team?
问题：你认为雷霆在整个联盟是不是top 5的强队？
A: I don't really look at it as who's a top two or three team or a top five
team. I like where we are. I like the fact that we've got a group of guys who
have put in more time over the summer. I like the fact that we are bringing
back a group of guys that have some more experience and some more continuity.
But we're going to have to do the work on the floor, and I think we're going to
continue to learn what kind of team we have through how we manage adversities
and how we also manage some success that we're looking to have. So at the end
of the year I think we'll have the answers to those types of questions.
答案：我并不真的认为哪只球队一定是前二、前三或前五的球队。我喜欢我们现在的样子。
看到球员在这个夏天努力不懈，看到球员在这个夏天得到了更多宝贵的经验与进展，我很高
兴。不过我们在球场上还有很多事必须要努力，我认为我们还要继续学习如何度过难关、如
何去得到我们想要的胜利。我想等到这个球季结束以後，我们才会对这类的问题提出我们的
答案。
Q: You've added more talent to the returning nine-man rotation. Does that make
coach Scott Brooks' job tougher or easier in your mind?
问题：这个夏天你补进了一些好手。你认为这会让总教练Brooks的工作更辛苦或是更轻松？
A: I think for him, he's always going to want to have as many options as he
can. We certainly like the group that we have. But he's going to have to make
decisions as to who he feels can help him win on a nightly basis, how he wants
to continue to develop the roster so that we're playing our best basketball as
the season progresses. But I've got a tremendous amount of confidence in him
and how he approaches his job and also how he feels about the organization and
what we're trying to accomplish. But as we know you can't play everybody. We're
going to have to have people understand and accept roles. That's another part
of developing an elite franchise, an elite team. But I'm confident that he'll
be able to do that.
答案：我想对他而言，他总是希望(在调度上)有越多的选项越好。我们很喜欢现在我们拥有
的团队。但他会去想怎麽样能够帮助球队胜利，怎麽样的作法才能够让球员有所进步，进而
在球季中找到最佳阵容，所以他也会基於这些想法去做些决定。我对他、他所作的行动、他
所思考的事情、他怎麽去完成我们的目标都有充分的信心。我们都知道不可能让每个人都有
办法上场，我们会努力让球员们了解这件事情，并且接受他们的角色。想成为一个出色的组
织，这一环也是很重要的。不过我完全不会担心，他肯定有办法作到这些事情。
