Adecco 徵 Sales Manager in Medical Industry 工作时间: 周一至周五 9:00-18:00 工作地点: work from Home and 每周只要进office 一次即可. salary: 底薪40k 以上及奖金 Responsibilities: ‧ Develops a sound business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability. ‧ Responsible for the development and management of all sales activities in the Taiwan hospitals. ‧ Responsible for all day to day business issues, tenders and quotations preparation. ‧ Maintain existing clients and sourcing for potential customers. ‧ Prepares action plans for effective sales and prospects management. ‧ Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. ‧ Provides timely feedback on market issues to senior management. ‧ Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports. ‧ Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and complied with. Qualification and experiences: ‧ Bachelor Degree or above, major in Medical, Nursing, Science Studies, Business or other related discipline. ‧ With some working experience in medical industry is preferred. Knowledge to Peripheral Intervention products would be a strong advantage. ‧ Self motivated, able to work independently, meet performance deadline, strong business acumen, high integrity and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ‧ Fluent in English & Mandarin, both written and spoken. ‧ Able to travel and preferably own a car.
