我也发生一样的问题，只要一去旅行
小人就都不见，完全没有任何可以互动的选项
可以看到当地的小人跑来跑去，什麽事情也不能做！
（所以推文里面换衣服那招没办法使用）
今天询问EA线上客服人员，他们回答的解决方式如下：
Exit from the game completely.
- Go to 'My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Saves\'
- Delete your saved town file that has an extension '.sims3'.
- There should be another file with an extension '.backup'.
Right-click the file and remove the extension '.backup'.
- Close the window and start the game again.
- Try saving your progress again. [09:48:43 AM]
我跟客服人员说我之前用过这招，问题仍旧没解决，他就叫我又试下面方法
