One pronoun to represent them all 我在美国科技业工作。面试过Candidate之後，要输入面试的结果到系统中。 DEI的系统不让我用 He / She 当作面试者的代名词，原因是性别转换者可能会不舒服, 看的人可能有性别偏见什麽的。用They是可以，但总是觉得很怪。单复数的问题总是在那 里 如果上下文同时有第三人称单复数 鞥，很容易混淆 我直接用Ta ( 他 她 它 祂都是Ta) 。建议所有遇到这种政策的人，直接用Ta 并告诉他 们这是全域代名词，连上帝与动物植物矿物都可以代表 没有性别 没有种族 没有国籍 没 有有机体与无机体（人/动物/植物vs 矿物) 等歧视 绝对中性且包含全部 Ex： Ta = Gender global pronoun in Mandarin for the Candidate. Ta worked on Google map and did a great job. Ta mentioned that during ta's wo rk on Google map, Ta had some disagreement with the leader and how ta sought f or design review sessions to get alignment. Ta demonstrated that even though ta does't agree with the initiative personall y, ta still tries to work on this project. During the work, ta tried to unders tand leadership's rational on this initiative and understood that such initiat ives might be useful from some users. Overall, ta did great in these situations and fits well with our team culture. --
