标题[问题] 有关Twinings茶包保存期限

第一次发言，想请问一下：
我约三年前在加拿大购买的Twinings茶包(25包/盒，纸盒装，外包一层塑胶膜，非密封)
不知道目前还能不能喝？
(今天熊熊从柜子里挖出来的..)
去查了网站，
How do I determine if my product is still good to drink?
To decipher the date that the product has been packaged please refer to
bottom of the carton. The first letter is a code, the first number
indicates the year, and the following numbers represent the day of the
Julian calendar (how many days into the year).
我看盒子底的编号是：B5 L5325E 还有 B5 L5187F(还有其他几盒也约略这些编号)
那意思是2005年第325天制造 还有 第187天制造吗？
然後又看到这个：
How long is Twinings tea good for?
Twinings Tea remains fresh for 3 years. To retain optimal freshness and
flavour, we recommend that you store your tea in an airtight tin/container.
虽然有三年保存期限，但是纸盒装的(虽然外膜未拆)，非密封外膜，放在一般柜子里，
这样是不是只能整盒丢了？
