今天网路上泄漏《Speak Now (Taylor's Version)》实体 CD 封底图，Taylor Swift 随即在其个人官方社群平台宣布收录曲目以及封底。
美国与英国官方商店也上架了新版本的彩胶，此次专辑共发行6种形式。
