有些人认为对许多事情抱持着怀疑的心态去解读是正确的行为。 尽管是抱持着好奇的心态去分析所有不利的可能，甚至是开始依此作为茅点用偏激的方式 去解决不利的可能性，都不是最佳的最法。 因为心态上一旦有了负面的成见，那麽只会在你们之间形成屏障，造成隔阂。 若你最近感到过於愤世某些事情，那麽可能是自身无意识的保护机制启动的缘故。 然你得给自己打剂强心针，随时保持好奇心且环抱希望。 注: 可能是过去的伤痛导致自己始终踌躇不前，因而产生了防卫机制，不去触碰任何可能导致 失望、失败的可能因子。 但有时候，还是得排除这些不安因素，慢慢往前，毕竟你所追求、向往的目标必须排除这 些不安才有可能达成。 Some people see skepticism as a healthy way of reacting toward any kind of risk or new opportunity. Although it is wise to research and learn about any possibility that comes your way , starting out and approaching the issue on a cynical note isn't the best way to go. That's because that kind of an attitude is negative and builds up a barrier between you and what might be possible. If you are feeling cynical now about some new possibility , it might be self-protective. But to really give yourself the best shot , you need to be curious yet hopeful instead. --
