人生当中有许多起起伏伏。当然大家都知道这点，但有时我们用了错误的方式看待这些。当低潮来临时，我们可能会担心那些美好永远不会到来，当处在好运时，我们又可能会担心这些运气稍纵即逝。幸福的其中一个关键就是如何处理人生中的高潮与低潮。当事情不如意时，专注在如何解决问题好过於烦恼问题本身，当事情渐上轨道时，充分体会它且不要担心好运何时会结束。请谨记这些在心，牛牛。
注1：活在当下，当好运来临时放心享受它，遇到困境时想办法解决它而不要太过於烦恼。

worry that they will be fleeting. One of the keys to happiness is how you
handle both the ups and the downs. When things are not going well,
concentrate on a solution rather than the problem. And when things are going
well, experience them to the fullest without worrying about when it will end.
