多数合胃口的食物通常会是高热量或是重口味的东西。
这些东西偶尔吃吃并无不妥,但若作为长期稳定的摄取来源,那麽会有其他更好的选择。
若我们没有做好对身体健康的选择--无论与食物相关与否--这些东西看似会让我们获得短
暂的好心情,但事实上并不利於自身。
举例来说,有的人会喜欢冲动购物来减轻自己的压力,尤其是刚经历过一段重大任务後。
适度的冲动无妨,但若因此耽溺於购物的乐趣之中,那麽建议你找寻更好的纾压管道。
呣呣~对你的身体或荷包都会变得更好的。
注:纾压的管道有许多种,有的可以偶一为之,但切记不可以变成习惯。在多数疲惫的时
日中,最好的办法不是抛弃这些纾压管道,而是寻找些程度较轻但是能获得短暂减压的方
法。
举例来说:我很喜欢下班後刻意骑车在外溜哒一会再回去,看似是在消耗回家休息的时间,
但事实上是藉由这点时间告诉自己「已经下班可以准备休息了。」
刻意的延缓回家时间,却可以达到在家时全心放松的效果。
Comfort foods tend to be very nourshing and high-calorie intake dishes.
These things are fine once in a while , but a steady diet of such meals wouldn't
be as healthy as other options.
Sometimes our affinity for things in life that brung pleasure and comfort can
work against us if we don't also make healthy choices , whether this is related
to food or not.
For example , some people might choose retail therapy for comfort after a tough
experience.
Once again , moderation is the key.
If you have been indulging too much in a quest for comfort , it is time to head
down a healthier path.
