This person changes the subject or asks you a question in return, or does something to deflect and walk around whatever you are asking. This may cause you to feel that this person has malicious intentions. Maybe they are trying to manipulate you, push your buttons, or generally aggravate you. But it may simply be that they don't know, and that they don't want you to know their lack of information or experience.
