还有另一条路可以走。
你是安静和严肃的人，你容易生气也容易被焦躁。
你可以用良好的方式来跟这个分享你的感觉或看法。
如果你放在心里，事情不会解决。
但如果你好好表达，待事情变化後就会改善。

or hurt feelings. You may feel betrayed, embarrassed, or awkward, and there
is something you need to address with this individual. But instead of
speaking up, you are turning it inward and keeping it hidden inside. But it
is not hidden as well as you think. It is showing in other ways. You are
quieter or more solemn. You may be quick to anger. You may feel agitated.
It would be much better to approach this person and share what
you are feeling. If you keep it in, it won't be resolved. But if you
express it, only then does it have the chance to be resolved.
