We're seated at Marmalade Pantry at Palais Renaissance, enjoying a smoothie. And, despite the fabulous surroundings, all eyes are on Tanya - it's near impossible to look away. And to think when she was young, her weight was an issue. 'I was in primary school when I took part in a Chinese story-telling competition. 'And before I went on stage, the emcee called me round and tubby!' She fumed. But these days, that remark won't faze - probably it's all that calming yoga working its magic on her. 'It has become part of my life, I'm almost obsessive,' said Tanya, whose yoga mat travels with her overseas. 'I started that about a year ago because of my weak knees, I can't do things like jog.' 'MORE VAIN' Tanya admits being an entertainer has made her 'more vain'. Laughing, she said: 'I've become hopelessly obsessive about eyelashes. I need mine to have a certain degree of curvature.' And so good is she with her lashes that, in Taipei, she even exchanged tips with a beauty consultant.
