Dear all, This coming Friday we will be working on the three new selections from VOA that we had in the test last Friday. They are "The Business of the GMAT", "High Marks Just for Trying", and "Where to Live". Although we will still be listening to them in class, please listen to them before class if necessary. Actually, listen to them enough times until you can tell yourself in each selection (1) what the main ideas are, (2) what is the most important piece of information to you and why. We will be doing pair-work or small group exercises. Also, you do not have to do the self-selected listening assignment this week, being as busy as you have been for the exams.
