Off-Hand: An off-hand weapon is light enough
that you can hold it and attack effectively with it
while holding a weapon in your main hand. You can't
attack with both weapons in the same turn, unless
you have a power that lets you do so, but you can
attack with either weapon.
关键字effectively. 在PHB中明确提到Off-hand叙述者为
游侠的攻击威能与Epic Feat:Two Weapon Flurry. 除此之
外并没有提出任何必须限定持有Off-Hand property才能发
挥的效应.
但考虑合理性, Off-Hand应该是必要的.
