标题[讨论] 副词如何转成名词?

请问各位先进,
He is so excited that he cannot help but jump up and down.
可以成 " His excitement is such that he cannot help but jump up and down."
但如果是这句" He did the job so well that he deserves that award."
请问要如何改成和前一句一样, 以 "His" 开头呢?
