The landscaper quoted a much higher price than "expected"
想问一下连接词所接的子句，如果要省略主词+动词的条件，需和主要子句的主词相同
但这边的预期的人不该是报价者，所以这样似乎怪怪的
且连接词也会省略，但如果连than都省这样整个语意都不通了
自行google後，有看到这个例句
I got more bonus than the bonus which was expected
= I got more bonus than was expected
把than当作有点是关代的主词
但如果这样想，那最上面的那个句子不就少了be动词 was
整个就是很疑惑!!请问expected之前是省略了什麽?以及文法怎麽解释??
