标题[题目] 网路上找到的题目求解

大家好，我是多益新手，在网路上看到题库，里面有一题不是很懂，请各高手帮帮忙，

题目：Many clients have requested that we _____ the products in accordance with the
conditions listed on the order.
(A) packed
(B) pack
(C) packing
(D) have packed
疑问：答案是B，我的问题是，这句子里已经有动词Have了，
为什麽子句内的动词是用原型动词而不是Packing?
