标题[题目] 一个在版上看到的题目 关代问题

erspectives on effective time management.
版上的答案是which,是workshop的关代
但我关代部分学不好
我想请问一下
这边的关代是当主格还是受格?
这应该是由这两句:
Dr. Johnson is offering a three-hour workshop.
She will share Some perspectives on effective time management during workshop.
组成的吧？ 还是其他的?
我原本是用下面的这个方法记上面题目的关代用法
I will kill the girl about whom he talks.
是由
I will kill the girl.
He talks about the girl
组成
但後来约想越怪
因为talks about 後面是受词
所以可以这样用
可是上面题目的during workshop
只是感觉只是要补充说明而已
并不是像talks about後面一定要放受词。
所以还是不了解上面题目的关代用法?
请有心人士解答。
