疑问：答案是A。
觉得这里写resources是指Keal提供了这种课程资源，後面又说"need to"(必须)
提升员工层次好像怪怪的，并不是因为Keal提供资源而促使必须提升员工层次的
这件事情发生阿> <?
答案选B的话能解读为: "Keal提供解读跟解释来说明为什麽必须提升员工"吗?
这样解释好像比较顺...
