标题[讨论] 会话中的片语该怎麽解释

听了6 minute English-2010/10/14 classic books一档後

对於当中"bite size chunks" & "sound bite culture" 两片语的解释不是很清楚
虽大概懂意思，但不知道该怎麽用适当的文字做形容
想请版上的朋友，帮忙做说明，谢~
bite size chunks英译:small pieces or 'bites' of information that can be
consumed quickly.
sound bite culture英译：where people prefer to listen to a short piece or
'bite' about something rather than read about it. (Many politicians speak in
'sound bites' or short sentences when giving interviews to the media)
