make sure 是及物动词片语 所以後面一定接名词子句
that引导名词子句时 後面的句子一定是完整句子
what引导名词子句时 後面的句子一定是不完整的句子
例如:what + S + Vt (缺受词) what代替受词
what + Vt + O. (缺主词) what代替主词
it has been reviewed thoroughly 是完整的 S + V + C 的句型
所以这题连翻译都不用 可以很快就选出答案是A
: what=the thing which
: 如果用b的话 变成 make sure the thing which it has been reviewed thoroughly.
: thing 跟 it 就相冲突
