疑问：为甚麽是C而不是B
两个都是「有关、涉及」的意思 而且relate确实也有这样的用法存在
ex:
Activities relating to forest administration, including forest nurture,
protection, deforestation, etc.
这里不能用relating的原因是？？？

疑问：为甚麽是A而不是D
A是目前的意思
D是暂时的意思
文意好像都说得过去，为什麽D不行呢？

疑问：为甚麽是C而不是D
mandatory的用法我真的不熟 直觉就是选compelling
但想了很久还是不知道D为什麽不行
请高手讲解
