个人见解 -
A、B、C在用法上类同，若不考虑背後含意，其实放在空格上皆可，所以不选。
when在当关系副词时，可以引导表示「当...的时候」→when = the time which
原句还原: Our supervisor wants to know "the time whcih" we anticipate the
final revisions (which) will be made for the contract.
