请教一个很简单的文法问题
A:Do you see that man over there?
B:Which man? The man in the brown jacket?
A:No, I am talking about the man who (wear)__________ the blue shirt.
解答是写 who is wearing
请问为什麽不是wears呢?
is wearing 不就变成"正在穿"?
这里的意思不是指 穿着blue shirt的人 吗?
