A部分： what is necessary 名词片语
B部分： each member of the staff cooperates fully with the research team
为一个完整的句子
原本有个「that」引导B的完整句子，作为名词子句。但that遭省略
A作主词，that+B做主词补语，因此中间需要动词 is
: (A) for which
: (B) that
: (C) is
: (D) is what
: 疑问： 请问答案为什麽是C，而不是B呢？A or D 错是在哪边呢？
