所以答案是b.
a .Fail为动词不能当作主词摆句首，只有名词(包含名词子句)、动名词可作为主词。

2F：→ CSer :我参考longman字典是说 fail当名词用时 单指考试失败 12/29 01:18
4F：→ CSer :failure 的意思就比较多罗 12/29 01:20
6F：→ CSer :且fail只能当可数名词 failure 可数/不可数 皆可 12/29 01:24
7F：→ CSer :如果选fail的话 前面应该要加A fail 12/29 01:26
