: 疑问:答案是C，有点不懂这句文法。

我们需要有一台备用的影印机，因为唯一能运转的一台已经奄奄一息了
since = 因为
括号里面是子句，functional = (机器等)能起作用的、运转的
on one's last leg = 奄奄一息，快挂点了
※原句应该有打错，应该是on it's last leg
