标题[讨论] 最高级当副词用的问题~谢谢!

一般我们最常听见的是
I like you most. (这边的most前不加the)
可是我在国中教科书上看见
Autumn is the best season for flying kites because the winds blow the hardest.
想请问大家最後两字也是最高级当副词,这边为什麽要加the呢?
