标题[题目] 关代乱糟糟

先说声不好意思
以下两个题目是我偶然在文法书看到记下来的
但是忘记是哪一本
想很久还是想不通
1. It's not only the tongue that does the tasting.
2. It is time to face the fact that English is a crazy language.
我知道这两句不太一样
但是就是解释不出哪里不一样
请问that在这两句都是关代吗?
感觉does the tasting和English is a crazy language都是在解释前面的the tongue和
the fact但是请问她们都是形容词子句吗??? 我不知道怎麽分辨
有人跟我说是名词子句做受词补语，但是找了几本文法书都找部到可以解答我疑惑的
请各位高手指点迷津
我对关代超级没概念
