听力原文:There was scattered showers and thunderstorms throughout the
Pacific Northwest region today while the central and southern
Pacific coast continued to enjoy dry weather and fair skies.

some of the weather its northern neighbors has been experiencing.]
The region has gone over three months without any precipitation,
and there is none forecast for the near future.(後略)
疑问:
我有问题的是上文中的第四行(括号部分)
前後文是说西北区域是雨天 中、南部区域乾燥 那括号部分是在说??@@
如同阳光一样令人愉快 南部区域可以利用北部区域最近正在经历的天气??
好像怪怪的 囧>
不懂这句在这边的意思....

刚刚查了一下字典 use 这个字在这边好像是一种口语的讲法?
could use something [spoken] :if you say you could use something, you mean
you would really like to have it
所以上面那句话的意思是 虽然阳光很好 但是中南部也很想要有像北部一样的降雨天气
应该是这样吧? 有错请指正^^
