have been to主要是强调自己过去的经验，而且主要是自己已经不在该地，
适用於跟别人分享自己的游玩经验或次数。
例：A：Do you know something about the U.S.A.?
B：Yes，I have been there several times，the scenery is famous.
have gone to主要是说自己去了那里，但是还没有回来，
所以通常大多都是别人来帮你回答的。
例：A：Where is John？I haven't seen him for three months！
B：Oh！He has gone to England，He wanted to study abroad.
